 SPIRITS.

Existences that lack a vessel but sometimes has or appear to have personalities.


There are many kind of spirits.

Some worlds may even rank them by rarity or strength.

Though, typically you have the spirits that lack shape or form. Instead, they're like little mana stars that dazzle the eyes of those capable of seeing them.

Massive outbursts of energy/mana are likely similar to earthquakes to these spirits. Much like how loud noises are to small bugs (as sound is generated by the vibration of particles in the air).

So much like how bugs practically always react negatively to sound waves, spirits will often react negatively to massive mana bursts.


Then there are spirits who have more personality and sometimes more shape and form to them as well.

These spirits have ethereal vessels and are practically literal ghosts or phantoms.

They can travel through walls and possess and take over (or try to take over) vessels with ease.

They can take any object as a vessel. They may even share a vessel with one or more other spirits.

Some of these spirits may actually manage to use their mana to will their ethereal vessels into physical vessels.

Spirits like these are said to be extremely powerful, and are often revered to as gods much like the descendants of the Ancient primordials and others born from the Void.

However, using their powers often comes at a risk, as many tend to be more attuned to using their own mana first and foremost instead of the mana of their surrounding area.

Some are even unable to tap into the surrounding energy. Though, this does not apply only to them, as there will always be those who can't grasp certain concepts.


Ah yes... Spirits.

Living bundles of mana.

They often wander from world to world, riding the ever-changing, ever unpredictable flow of energy.

Existences born by chance from pure energy.

Searching for a vessel to call their own or slowly willing one into existence, whether it be by luck... Or by copying distant forgotten memories.

They're natural wanderers that may silently scream out. For a vessel. For long lost companions. For forgotten memories. 

It could be anything.

Some may see them. Others may hear them.

Those who can are rare indeed.

But spirits are everywhere! Just like that unseen flow of energy.

Age and Gender

 Age is nothing but a numerical record of how many years you have lived. Gender is nothing but a description of how you see yourself or what shape your vessel have become.  The scientific facts about the differences between males and females have become irrelevant over the years. As males can easily do the things females can and vice versa. Sure there are those little things that may ring true for every male or for every female. But they're just little things. Things related to the vessel. And a vessel is simply a vessel. Many may perceive this way of thinking as dangerous. But in the void, where time and space become irrelevant... None of that matters. And also in death, none of that matters. And beyond the void, in reincarnation, your vessel will likely change. How much or how little may depend on your thoughts. In the end, age and gender are simply words. Adjectives. Concepts. Ideas. Nothing more and nothing less. In comparison... Space and time have way more weight to them...

Memories and Dreams

 Okay... This is today's ramble. I have a STD that can lead to dementia and friends with autism, which also leads to dementia! And for autists that process is quickened if they get stressed too much, so if you're an autist and are reading this right now. Please do not freak out.  I do however recommend you read this to the very end as I believe it COULD help you come to terms with it. Or at the very least help with that.
